The Borivali police have arrested four men for allegedly attempting to extort Rs 30 lakh from a Borivli-based jeweller by impersonating associates of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Between February 18 and 24, the victim received threatening calls and WhatsApp messages demanding money and warning of death.
