Akanksha Chamola on Gaurav Khanna's Lock Upp visit: 'I'd have preferred my dog'

Lock Upp Sach Ya Sazaa witnessed an emotional reunion between Vinny Arora and Dheeraj Dhoopar. As she left, Shreya Kalra was seen missing her boyfriend and discussing it with Shilpa Shinde and Akanksha Chamola. In a candid chat with them, Akanksha admitted she would have preferred a family member, or even her dog, over her estranged husband. She appeared disappointed with his visit as it sparked a conversation about their relationship.

After Dheeraj Dhoopar's wife, Vinny Arora, entered the Lock Upp 2 house, Shreya told Akanksha, "Tumhara bhi aa gaya, iska bhi aa gaya. Mereko bhi mera boyfriend chahiye thodi der ke liye" (I also want my boyfriend to come in for a while). Responding to this, Akanksha quipped, "Mine was an ex. Varun (Laila) is laughing and saying, 'Where did your family come? A stranger came for you instead.'" Her remark left Shreya, Shilpa, and Akanksha herself laughing.

Akanksha further said, "Usse (Gaurav) jyada mujhe family mein se koi aata to better tha" (I wish someone from my family had come). Curious, Shreya asked why, to which she replied, "I wanted my comfort, na. Basically, more for me than for him. I would have preferred agar meri mummy ya papa koi aate, ya mera kutta hi aa jata" (I would have preferred it if my mother or father had come, or even my dog).

About Gaurav Khanna and Akanksha Chamola's relationship

Akanksha Chamola has emerged as one of the most candid contestants on Lock Upp. When she entered, she made the shocking revelation that she and Gaurav were getting divorced. She went on to share that they had been living separately for a year and that there was no bitterness between them.
