Not being able to express the feeling, he shared, "I was wondering what was happening with me." Further talking about the constant pressure from the internet, he shares, "With the internet and the media, my biggest problem is that people don`t understand the difference between sass and evil. People think that if you`re sassy, then you`re also a bad person. And that`s what it invoked in me - the insecurity that I don`t want to be perceived as a bad human being."
"It`s very easy to attack the person who does not have that much backing or who does not have that much media power, support, or push. I don`t want to be villainised. I don`t want to be the scapegoat. I didn`t want people to say that because of you, Raftaar came out," he adds.
Sufi reveals he received hate comments for Raftaar`s elimination
The 21-year-old further shares that irrespective he was targeted for Raftaar`s elimination on the internet. He says, "I`m the one who`s getting cussed at. Mujhe hi log bol rahe hai ke nass kaat le, Raftaarbhai ko kaise nikaala? (People are telling me to slit my wrist, asking how did you remove Raftaar) I can open my messages and show you. It`s like all over my DMs, my comment section, and everywhere. I don`t want that."

He further spoke about how people often perceive him that way, saying, "I always have to constantly fight against the narrative about I`m a bad human being. Because it`s very corrosive to constantly prove in front of the camera that I`m a good person, I have good values, and I have good morals. But my tongue is like this. I talk like this."
In an earlier interview, Sufi had revealed that whatever he says is purely for the sake of fashion, and not to be taken personally. He further said his goal was to make fashion digestible and funny for everybody.
